Database Inventory

The Database Inventory page provides the inventory of all sources that have been scanned into migVisor.

It displays the Inventory Totals data based on the following criteria:

Scanned databases

Total number of sources scanned into migVisor. 

Unassigned

Total number of sources that have not been selected to be migrated, retained, or retired. 

Migrating

Total number of sources that will be migrated to the сloud.

Databases added to RDS cloud instances are automatically categorized as Migrating.

Retained

Total number of sources that will be retained in the current environment.

Retiring

Total number of sources that will be retired either during the project, at the end of the project, or on some future date.

Excluded

Total of scanned sources that are excluded in migVisor. These sources cannot be used in a TCO project unless they are included back in migVisor.

Excluded sources are not shown in the Inventory Totals table, but only in the Status column.
