Database Inventory

The Database Inventory page provides the inventory of all sources that have been scanned into migVisor. It displays the Inventory Totals data based on the following criteria:

• Scanned databases: the total number of sources scanned into migVisor. 

• Unassigned: the total number of sources that have not been selected to be migrated, retained, or retired. 

• Migrating: the total number of sources that will be migrated to the Cloud. 

• Retained: the total number of sources that will be retained in the current environment. 

• Retiring: the total number of sources that will be retired either during the project, at the end of the project or at some future date.

• Excluded: the total of scanned sources that are excluded in migVisor. These sources cannot be used in a TCO project unless they are included back in migVisor.
  Note: the excluded sources are not shown in the Inventory Totals table heading line, but only in the Status column.
