Enterprise Questionnaire

The Enterprise Questionnaire provides details about the current OpEx costs as well as determining the CapEx costs.  This questionnaire must be updated with actual values in order to get realistic costs.

Enterprise Questionnaire Sections

The questionnaire is broken up into 3 sections: Licenses, Physical Infrastructure, and IT Support & Maintenance.

Enterprise Questionnaire Visibility

The Enterprise Questionnaire will only be visible to the account owner and the TCO Trustee.

To set up a TCO Trustee, the account owner will need to go to Account Data → Additional Users tab to add users that can be assigned as a TCO Trustee.
